Biography
Stephanie Milk-Wade joined Liberty Hardware in 2022 as Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Innovation, and Strategy. She brings a robust, 15+ year track record of successful innovation and product launches through coordination of consumer insights, product solution development, prioritization, and launch execution.
Known for her ability to turn complex situations into simple and actionable strategies, Stephanie’s leadership strength is creating highly motivating collaborations that lead to innovative solutions.
Before Liberty, she worked in consumer durables and strategy management with brands such as Hoover, Maytag, Moen, and DeWalt.
Her educational resume includes a bachelor's in mechanical engineering and international business from the University of Akron, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and a master's degree in international studies from the Lauder Institute. She’s also professionally fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
Stephanie is a volunteer and board member of Esperanza Inc., a Cleveland nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Hispanic and Latino communities to thrive through education. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
