Biography

Mitch Dimond began his career with Liberty Hardware as a National Account Manager in 2000, where he oversaw 12 regional buying offices, including those in Boston, South Brunswick, New Jersey, and Puerto Rico. In 2004, Mitch played a pivotal role in leading Liberty's expansion into traditional hardware, focusing on key accounts such as Ace Hardware, True Value, and Bed Bath & Beyond.

After several role expansions, Mitch was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2016, a position he has held since.

As Vice President of sales, Mitch fosters an environment that supports regular client interactions, exchanging data and insights to increase output. Since 2016, he’s guided a team responsible for 8% CAGR in net sales growth and 200–300 bps in margin increase.

Mitch launched his career in sales as a National Account Executive with Cooper Tools in 1994. Outside the office, Mitch enjoys spending time golfing, traveling with his family, and keeping up with his son’s academic and athletic pursuits.
