Biography

Miles Poole's career journey with Liberty Hardware spans over three decades. He began with sales in 1987 before a promotion to Customer Service Manager, overseeing the OEM division. Miles also served as the Director of Product Life Cycle Management and Sr. Director of Planning before stepping into his current position as Vice President of Operations in 2015.

His responsive communication style and optimistic viewpoint have helped his teams succeed for over 30 years.

Miles graduated from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, and later earned his M.B.A. from Eastern Michigan University. He’s a Six Sigma Green Belt as well as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and holds a certificate in Retail Supply Chain Management (RSCC).

Miles spends his spare time at live music shows, taking in a sporting event, or spending time with his family.
