1) Furniture Refresh

2) DIY Little Free Library

This fun little project is one your kids will both enjoy making and enjoy using after the fact! Little Free Library is the worlds largest book sharing movement. This DIY is a creative way to help your kids and surrounding community adopt a love for reading!

Simply build your little library, design it how you want and fill it with books. Anyone can borrow from or add to it as they please!  The Little Free Library website has an entire page dedicated to blueprints for making your own but, a little tip from us - old kitchen cabinets make great Little Free Libraries! Add your own touch by using a unique paint color and easy-to-install Liberty Hardware knobs or pulls for the library door. Find other tips and plans here!

Once you have your Little Free Library built, you can have it registered here to be officially recognized, be given a plaque to include on your little library and be placed on the map for other readers to locate!

3) Accent Wall

Give your kids the best playroom ever! If you have a room in your house that is simply lacking personality, adding an accent wall could be the simple solution to your problem. Creating an accent wall is a super easy, budget-friendly DIY anyone can do!

A few fun ideas include using DIY shiplap, creating your own design with sponge details or making this fun rainbow wall using painters tape, all shown below!
